Annual Exams
We enjoy partnering with you to optimize your health and prevent illness at our annual physicals. We discuss healthy lifestyle changes and preventative healthcare, as well as check in on chronic illnesses you may have at your physicals. We are happy to do standard women’s healthcare like Pap smears and management of contraception in our office. If we identify health concerns that need a bit more time to discuss, we will schedule follow-up visits. Our in-house lab is available to draw blood tests recommended at our visits.

Follow-up Visits
Our clinic is unique in allotting 30 minute visits for follow ups for chronic health conditions. This allows sufficient time for us to address concerns you may have, and for us to come up with a plan together to move forward with your care.
Same-Day / Urgent Care Visits
Getting sick is never fun. We hope to make your illness just a bit easier by having easy accessibility to same-day appointments in our clinic, Monday through Friday. We aim to ensure you are able to be seen by someone who knows you and your family in our clinic, rather than needing to go to urgent care. We ask that you call first rather than walk in so we can ensure your wait time will be minimal.
Procedure Visits
We offer numerous procedures in house. Depending on the procedure, we may recommend you have a visit with us to discuss options prior to scheduling the procedure.
Women’s health procedures:
- Nexplanon insertions and removals
- IUD insertion and removals
Skin procedures
- Drainage of simple abscesses
- Freezing warts and pre-cancerous skin lesions
- Removal of ingrown toenails
- Splinter removal
Sports medicine procedures:
