Iris Jackola, FNP, is a native of Durham, NC, where she lives with her husband and two children. She enjoys reading, outdoor activities, and spending time with her family on their pontoon boat. Prior to joining CPIM, she worked in primary care in Roxboro, NC.

- 2015 – M.S. in Nursing from Duke University School of Nursing in Durham, NC and certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners
- 2016 – Joined Carrboro Pediatrics and Internal Medicine as Nurse Practitioner
