A provider on-call, for non-emergency issues, can be reached by sending a message through the online patient portal Updox at http://carrboropediatrics.myupdox.com/
Use Updox for:
- Non-emergent prescription refills
- Appointment requests for urgent same-day visits, even on the weekends
- Urgent advice needs on weekends that can wait several hours for a response

- Questions that need an immediate answer at night or on weekends
