This portal allows you to communicate securely with our office. It is checked intermittently, but is not recommended for urgent issues. For urgent issues, please call the office or the nurse triage line after hours.
Online Payments
We are happy to introduce BillFlash as our electronic billing vendor. The online payment system can be reached here: https://myproviderlink.com/
You can choose to pay as a guest or create an account. If you set up an account, you can view previous payments made in BillFlash, store credit card information, update statement preference (mail, text, and/or email), and set up automatic payment plans. If you choose to store a credit card number in BillFlash, you will need to sign an authorization (can be completed via email, in-person, or text) after signing up. That card will not be run without the patient’s authorization.
Annual Exams and Well Child Checks
Preventive Care is one of our primary goals. Our doctors work with you to keep you and your children healthy. We offer the flu vaccine every fall. We have same day sick visits available, Monday through Friday. Our office staff will work with you to get you in promptly. We ask that you call first rather than walk in so we can ensure your wait time will be minimal.
We can apply dental fluoride varnish to protect teeth from cavities for children 6 months of age and older. This is covered by most health insurance plans.
In-Office Lab
All labs can be drawn in our office by our phlebotomist from LabCorp or one of our trained medical assistants. All injections for children and adults are also handled in-house.
Hospital Care
We are not on staff at any hospital, but we have access to information in both the UNC and Duke systems. Thus, we can follow along with the progress of your care at either hospital.
Filing Your Insurance
We accept Aetna, BCBS*, State Health Plan, Medcost, Cigna, United Health Care, Duke plans, Medicaid (for children) and others. If you are unsure if we accept your insurance, please call your insurance company to check if we are in-network.
Remember to bring your insurance card to each office visit and to let us know if there has been a change in your insurance provider.
Insurance contracts require that we MUST check your insurance card and collect any co-pays at the time of check-in. Please be understanding. If your address or phone number has changed, please let our office staff know immediately.
If you are a self-paying patient, we offer a 25% discount on office services for payment at the time of service.
*Note: We are participating providers the BCBS Blue Home Plan.
